Appointments and Cancellation Policy
For availability and spa reservations, call 1.888.335.2926 ext.518 locally 705.756.2424. A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. In fairness to our guests and therapists, six hour cancellation notice is required or full treatment charges will apply. Guests not staying at the resort must cancel 24 hours within advance or full charges will apply.

Insurance Reimbursement
Our Registered Massage Therapists are registered with their respected
associations and are able to provide receipts with their name and registration number for you insurance claim purposes. If you intend to submit a receipt, please make sure that your health plan recognizes the treatment you have chosen. We would be happy to answer any questions on this prior to booking your appointment.

Taxes
Rates listed are subject to all applicable taxes.

Spa Facilities
Spa facilities include a sauna, whirlpool, lockers, robes, fitness area including life fitness treadmill, elliptical and universal. When a spa service is purchased these amenities are included to you for that day. If you have not purchased a spa service and would like to us the spa facilities they are available for a small fee. Inquire at the reception for details.

When to arrive and what to Wear
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in, change and relax. We suggest comfortable clothing be worn to the spa. A spa robe and slippers will be provided for your treatment(s). Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure privacy and comfort. Please note that even if arriving late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to our other guests.
